Section 4
Materials to be published on the website
:
(1) The Commission shall publish Nepali laws and law-related materials in Nepali and English languages on its website.
(2) The Commission shall publish the following materials in Nepali language:-
(a) Guidelines, procedures and formation orders made under the prevailing constitution, laws, rules, regulations, laws, (b) Constitutions, Acts and Rules which are not in force or have been repealed,
(c) Bilateral, Regional and Multilateral Treaty Agreements,
(d) Various prevailing sectoral policies of the Government of Nepal,
(e) Draft Bills prepared by the Commission and Bills submitted to the Legislature-Parliament, (f) Various important historical documents related to law,
(G) Provisions related to amendments in the Constitution, Acts and Rules.
(3) The Commission shall publish the following materials in English language:-
(a) English translation of existing constitutions, laws, rules, regulations, and directives or procedures made under existing laws,
(b) Bilateral, regional and multilateral treaty agreements to which Nepal is a party (c) Various prevailing sectoral policies of the Government of Nepal,
(D) Various important historical documents related to law (4) The materials to be published in Nepali or English language according to sub-section (2) or (3) shall be translated and published by the commission as per the requirement of section 5. The list and priority of various Nepali laws and legal documents to be translated into Nepali language or from English language will be as follows:-
(a) The commission shall prepare a list of legal documents to be translated in each financial year or pending translation in the previous financial year.
(b) When preparing for translation as above, the laws or legal documents in the list to be translated in the previous fiscal year will generally be given priority.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if it appears that any law or legal document must be translated immediately, the Commission may translate or cause such law or legal document to be translated.
(1) The Commission shall publish Nepali laws and law-related materials in Nepali and English languages on its website.
(2) The Commission shall publish the following materials in Nepali language:-

(3) The Commission shall publish the following materials in English language:-

(D) Various important historical documents related to law (4) The materials to be published in Nepali or English language according to sub-section (2) or (3) shall be translated and published by the commission as per the requirement of section 5. The list and priority of various Nepali laws and legal documents to be translated into Nepali language or from English language will be as follows:-
